Job Summary

As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all aspects of temporary and temporary to full time hiring including: Devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes, coordinating/managing telephone and in office interviews, and writing MPC's.

  • Conduct all interviews.

  • Set up and evaluate assessments.

  • Offer coaching and feedback to candidates.

  • Solidify Robert Half's presence in the local marketplace through: Consistent participation in networking organizations, face to face events, and meetings and online networking.

  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.

  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates.

  • Manage candidate relationships to maintain satisfaction.

  • Responsible for locating and tracking candidates working for the competition.

  • Generate a pre-determined number of leads per day to pass along to Account Executive.

  • Maintain accuracy of applications through inputting necessary criteria into MJ+.


  • Bachelor's/Associate's degree preferred.

  • 0+ years' previous experience.

  • Strong/high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a high technical aptitude.

  • Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, self-confidence and a high sense of urgency.

You will be utilizing the latest and greatest technologies to streamline our platform while ensuring that performance and consistency of services are the highest priority. Responsibilities will include though not limited to the following: * Install, configure, patch and upgrade assigned systems. Perform system monitoring utilizing enterprise tools, performance tuning and troubleshooting. * Research and recommend innovative or automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale. * Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups * Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. * Application support including application/web administration, account management, backup/recovery, automation/scripting, storage configuration (manage/allocate growth), monitoring (events, logs, system health), virtualization, and clustering * Perform security scans, remediation, and compliance reporting. Perform vulnerability assessment, monitoring, and reporting. Required Qualifications * B.S. degree in Engineering or another related Technical field or relevant work experience * Red Hat 6.x and 7.x experience is required * Scripting experience (e.g. Bash, Python or Perl) * Web Application Server support experience (e.g. Apache) * Must be detail-oriented and organized * Excellent written and verbal communications skills * Self-starter and ability to work independently * Strong team player able to lead or follow as necessary * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * U.S. Citizenship is required * Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance * Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems * Make recommendations for future upgrades * Familiarity with network and security tools and applications like A/V, SELinux, SCAP, Nessus * Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues * Linux system performance monitoring and fine-tuning experience * Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security * Knowledge of common secure LAN/WAN infrastructure configurations Preferred Qualifications * Network Appliance Configuration/Management (Firewalls, Routers, Switches) * MySQL, MARIA Experience * Experience with Network Design and Implementation, Network Troubleshooting, Network Hardware configuration, Network performance monitoring. * Experience selecting, deploying and maintaining automated test tools and environments * Experience with virtualization hypervisors (e.g. ESXi, VirtualBox) * Active SECRET or above Government security clearance Please be aware that many of our positions require a security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
