GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidate will oversee the general administrative functions, events, and activities of the Consolidated Benefits Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, payment and purchase requisitions; procurement cards; travel and expense reimbursement; time and attendance; equipment and furniture; records management; office facilities management; customer service; onboarding and off-boarding of staff to include setting up technical access and security rights; various reporting and other administrative assistant tasks that support the entire office. A key function of the Office Associate II will be to cultivate and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and coordination among internal teams and outside departments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required: High School Diploma with extensive secretarial and/or office management experience required.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as experience working in business applications (e.g., Human Capital Management systems, time reporting, purchasing, payment requisitions, electronic document storage, asset tracking, budgeting, etc.). Must be highly organized with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. Must be able to learn quickly and work independently in a complex high-volume customer service environment.
A comparable amount of training and experience maybe substituted for the minimum qualifications.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with employees and the public using the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle, or feel objects and controls. Physical capabilities to effectively use and operate various office equipment, such as, but not limited to, a personal computer, calculator, copier, scanner, and fax machine are necessary.
Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential tasks.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle for transportation.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Salary Range: From/To
Hourly rate range: $20.86-$30.43
Compensation will be based on job-related creditable years of full-time, verified work experience. The entry-level rate will be awarded at the time of hire. Upon the return of employment verification forms from the candidate's current and previous employers, the rate will be adjusted if creditable full-time experience is confirmed.
