Admin Director, Rehab Services, Homestead Hospital, FT, 9A-5:30P

• This position is responsible for the overall administration, management, direction and program development of the entity's rehabilitation services.

• Responsible to assess, plan, develop, organize, implement and lead services and programs for rehabilitation services.

• The purpose is to assist Homestead Hospital and BHSF in achieving strategic objectives, providing cost effective, compassionate and quality health care within the South Florida community.

Estimated salary range for this position starts at $131853.24 / year depending on experience.

Degrees:

• Bachelors

Licenses & Certifications:

• Basic Life Support

• Occupational Therapist

• Physical Therapist

• Speech-Language Pathologist

Additional Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years or more of experience as a manager of rehabilitation or other health care related services directing operations in multiple service areas.

• Bachelor's of Science required.

• Advanced Masters degree in administration, business or a health care related field preferred.

• This position requires excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate people effectively.
