Description

  • assisting the Warehousing Operations Manager in managing projects, supporting the Administrative Assistants (TA/PA's) and all levels of warehouse management, retail customers and Distribution associates
  • managing internal hiring process, job movement and Organizational Structure for the Distribution Facility
  • entering, analyzing, extracting and presenting data in a user-friendly format for analysis and decision making by business management and outside agencies
  • responsible for the proper Time Administration of departmental associates

Required Qualifications

  • be at least 20 years old
  • have a valid driver's license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
  • be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time
  • have a willingness to travel, including overnight
  • have a Bachelor's degree in business or related analytical field or equivalent business experience
  • have four years of assistant/administrative experience in an office setting
  • have knowledge of analytics
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills following Structured Writing techniques
  • have project management, organizational, time management, task management and follow-through skills
  • have computer skills using PC tools such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • be able to successfully complete battery of Clerical & Microsoft Skills Tests (before his or her start date in the position):
  • have knowledge of budgeting practices
  • be able to work autonomously without much direction
  • be able to handle confidential material in mature manner
  • be able to negotiate

Preferred Qualifications

  • current McCalla Distribution associate
  • have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • have four or more years of assistant/administrative experience in an office setting
