Five+ years relevant administrative support experience
Previous experience in a professional services environment a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office 2016

Provide elevated administrative support to all lines of business; to include, document preparation, presentations, calendar management, travel management, and meeting coordination
Participate in meetings with assigned leadership, serving as a surrogate when necessary to keep the team productive
Support in the creation and implementation of team strategy, following up as necessary to ensure movement on key initiatives
Maintain and routinely input, compile, collect, and analyze moderately complex and confidential data for projects
Assist in managing project goals, deliverables and schedule
Review and maintain project documentation
Collaborate with other Internal Client Service functions, such as Human Resources, IT, and Marketing
Serve as a back-up to other administrative/office services functions as needed
Serve as a go-to for colleagues on technical, non-technical and procedural questions
Knowledgeable on general office policies and procedures
Active participant in team meetings and activities, driving follow-up between meetings through various means
Other duties as assigned
