Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for administrative tasks? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our administrative office is currently in search of skilled individuals to fill the role of Administrative Assistant.

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate starting at $22/hour or higher, depending on your level of experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office. Whether you're a seasoned administrative pro or have just started your career in this field, we invite you to apply.

Working independently and collaboratively in our office environment, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, running from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We are looking to hire at least 2 Admin Assistants who will assist with various tasks, including bookkeeping, record-keeping, report generation, and invoice and sales tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting invoices
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Organizing and planning calendar events
  • Managing phone calls and addressing customer inquiries
  • Processing payroll data
  • Digitally and physically archiving and maintaining files
  • Overseeing office upkeep
  • Performing data entry and account reconciliation
  • Assisting with various office-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and strong math skills
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
