Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit - Administrative Assistant II

The Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit Public Defender Office is seeking to hire a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant II. The ideal candidate must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.

The applicant must possess a minimum of two years' experience working within the criminal justice system, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use the Judicial Case Tracking System (JCATS), as well as be familiar with the Odyssey case management software. Possessing such preferred knowledge is highly desirable. Enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills are a must.

Description of Duties: The Administrative Assistant II will perform a wide range of office administrative duties, such as managing and processing case information within JCATS.

The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Performs other related duties as required.

JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II

High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Admin Assistant 1 (GST050) or position equivalent. .
