ADM Professional Returnship Program

Job Description

ADM's Professional Returnship Program is for talented professionals who have taken a break from the workforce and are ready to restart their careers. This program will enable you to work on projects that match your expertise, interests and abilities and could lead to full-time employment at ADM.

During your returnship experience, you will have the opportunity to update your skills while receiving coaching and mentoring as part of a cohort community of returners. At the same time, you will work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on business-critical solutions.

You will experience the breadth of ADM resources while updating your expertise, developing new skills and forging new relationships!

Our Returnship Program is right for you if:

• You have been on a 2+ year career break

• You have at least 3 years of professional work experience prior to your break

• You have at least a Bachelor's Degree

• You have a desire to re-launch your professional career and move to a full-time position with ADM

Our Returnship Program offers:

• A professional work experience of 10-12 weeks

• A supportive supervisor, mentorship and development programming

• A cohort of others re-entering the workforce

• Consideration for a full-time job offer at the end of the returnship
