Adjunct Undergraduate And Graduate Instructors - Psychology & Cognitive Science

Position Description - Adjunct Instructors for School of Psychology & Cognitive Science

Undergraduate (Day) and Graduate (Evening) positions are available for the Spring 2023 and Fall 2023 Semesters

Responsibilities:

• Lecture courses for psychology and/or counseling psychology at the undergraduate or graduate level.

• Provide instruction, activities, assignments, assessments, and feedback to adequately cover all objectives for the specific course(s) taught.

• Deliver content using effectual methods which are appropriate to students with differing abilities, levels of preparation, and cultural experience.

• Perform other duties as needed related to assigned courses.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree OR master's degree + 18 additional credit hours of graduate coursework in psychology or clinical licensure (e.g., licensed professional counselor, master's level psychologist, etc.) required for teaching master's level courses.

• Minimum of masters in psychology required for teaching undergraduate courses; doctorate preferred.

• Teaching experience preferred

• Multilingual skills highly preferred.
