The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience: Must have at least 5 years in songwriting

Duties/Expectations:

• Teach the craft of songwriting from a creative and practical perspective

• Aid students in becoming more prolific songwriters and help them refine their craft

• Educate students on the business landscape for songwriters

• Assist students to understand income streams available and how to participate in them

• Ability to create a comfortable climate for students in which to share their creative work and help them navigate creative roadblocks.

Must reside in the state of Utah to be eligible for employment consideration. Must be willing to teach the course(s) in person, on campus.
