Operating Title Adjunct Nursing Faculty- Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program Job Description
University of New Hampshire Nursing is seeking adjunct Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) faculty. The successful candidate will hold an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification, and be able to be able to teach AGACNP content specific courses.
Campus Location Durham Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold at least an MSN from an accredited nursing program
AGACNP Certification required
Unencumbered APRN licensure in NH or eligible
RN licensure in NH or compact multistate or eligible
Experience in AGACNP practice
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in the usage of technology
Preferred Qualifications
Earned DNP or PhD
Previous teaching experience in higher education in online environment
Experience in supervision of students in clinical settings
Experience with course development
Knowledge of NONPF and CCNE accreditation standards
