Prepares and delivers quality curriculum withdaily instruction of students. Undergeneral supervision, demonstrates the use of appropriate teaching techniquesand clinical supervision of students.

Demonstrates the use of appropriate testing and grading procedures,including proper maintenance of grade books and any other appropriaterecord-keeping requirements. Demonstrates the effective use of oral and written communication skills,and knowledge of current procedures in the Radiologic Technology/Mammographyfield. Follows approved curriculumstandards and course syllabi.

Monitorsstudent use of supplies, materials, and equipment. Advises and counsels students, and maintainsappropriate advisement records on each student. Maintains classrooms and laboratories in accordance with approvedclassroom and lab management plans.

Attends meetings as required. Observes and enforces the institution's policies and regulations. Assists with student recruitment and jobplacement.

Serves on committees. Maintains qualifications for employment asdescribed by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) and accreditationstandards. Follows rules and regulationsas described by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) and other policiesand procedures established by the institution.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree; ARRT registration inMammography with 2 years experience.

Work Schedule: Must be able to work evenings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field. Three years teaching experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Suites. Work experience must include the competencies, skills and knowledge levels that the instructor will be expected to teach. Occupational experience must meet the current requirements of the appropriate licensing boards for the area of instruction. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
