The University of San Francisco, School of Management is seeking to fill a Part Time adjunct professor position in Information Systems. An earned Master Degree information systems, systems engineering, or a related field and 5-10 years in the business industry (a Ph.D. is a plus). Someone who is focused on practical problem-solving and is comfortable working across multiple disciplines is desirable.
The School of Management has an earned reputation in academic excellence, innovative learning and global experience, small class sizes and close relationships among faculty, students, and community. Undergraduate and graduate programs in the School of Management are accredited by the AACSB.
The successful candidate must be willing to teach in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. The core course in our area spans topics in information systems, business process, and operations management. Additional knowledge in Salesforce platforms, Machine Learning, R , and Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
An earned Master Degree with 5-years of teaching experience or Ph.D. or expected Ph.D related to Operations Management or Information Systems
An established record of teaching excellence and/or curriculum development in various information systems and related course areas.
Demonstrated achievements relevant to the department's commitment to high quality of teaching.
Practical or teaching experience in operations management, enterprise systems, information management and/or analytics.
Able to teach at our regional campus in San Jose, CA

o Information Security
o Communications and Networking
o Warehousing Knowledge Discovery
o eCommerce Development & Implementation
