Faculty members earn teaching credits in accordance with the Faculty Workload Policy by aligning teaching strategies with the Baker College Learning Model, utilizing appropriate learning technologies, and revising curriculum as assigned. Attendance at Professional Development training is mandatory, as is collecting and submitting student learning assessment data. Additionally, faculty provide detailed feedback on student performance and participate in the Faculty Growth and Evaluation Process as well as relevant system committees, subcommittees, projects, and activities.

The successful candidate will believe in and support the student first philosophy while contributing to the overall success of Baker College, while acting as a positive role model and brand ambassador on and off campus. Establishing robust external relationships to bolster Baker College's vision and mission will also be a key responsibility. Join us in shaping the future of education and leadership.
