Position Summary: Wingate University is seeking applicants to fill several part-time, adjunct teaching positions in the areas below. These part time positions will primarily teach in-person classes on our main campus unless otherwise specified.

Sport and Recreation Management

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate courses in Sport and Recreation Management

• Courses include: Sport Analytics, Program Planning and Organization, Marketing in Sport and Recreation, Sport Finance, Globalization of Sport, Sport Sponsorship and Sales, Legal Aspects of Sport and Recreation, Facility Design and Management, Sport Governance

• Regular, predictable attendance on campus

• Alignment with University mission, vision, and strategic roadmap

• Other job duties/responsibilities may be assigned

Education and Experience: Ideal candidates will have a master's degree, 18 graduate hours in the discipline and college teaching experience.

Experience with learning management system (Ie. Canvas) and content development tools such as Zoom, Snagit, Camtasia and other e-learning tools is preferred.
