Job Description:
The Division of Graduate & Continuing Education (DGCE) at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) is seeking applications for part-time, periodic instructional assignments in the undergraduate degree completion and certificate programs. Many course sections are scheduled as in-person/hybrid at our Pittsfield, Massachusetts academic center; some courses delivered fully online. The degree completion and certificate programs assign faculty to courses in various disciplines, including:
Accounting
Business Administration
Biology
Computer Science
English & Communication
Education (including ECE)
Healthcare
Interdisciplinary Studies
Mathematics
Psychology
Sociology
Social Work
Requirements:
Master's degree in appropriate field; doctorate preferred.
Higher education teaching experience desirable.
Experience using the Canvas course management system preferred.

Application Instructions:
Please note that all part-time instructor postings are for adjunct pools. Positions may or may not be immediately available, however whenever openings occur, department chairs will turn to the adjunct pools to fill the openings.
Applicants to these pools will not hear back on their status unless an opening occurs and the Associate Dean decides to interview that candidate to possibly fill the new opening.
