Company promotes a lot from within, they have a family atmosphere, 3rd generation family-owned, fun company outings and employee recognition. There are 4 people in this department along with leads on 1st and 3rd shifts.


Supervises daily production of Adhesive Helpers by maintaining workflow and proper personnel utilization. Identifies and makes recommendations for improvement as necessary.
Investigates when production standards are not met, and/or when process corrective action requests are initiated.
Organizes process improvement efforts assigned by Process Manager, and ensures gains made from initiatives are sustained.
Evaluates machine, material problems, equipment and interacts with Maintenance, Process Manager, and others to resolve them.
Supervises Adhesive Helpers and proactively acts upon employee relations opportunities, and/or deviations in company policy and/or standards.
Maintains an engaged workforce through company programs and individual supervisory style.
Provides instruction and guidance to staff on company goals and key performance indicators (KPI's).
Monitor employee practices to ensure they comply with company safety and quality policies and guidelines.
Evaluates employee performance and conducts performance reviews while supporting employee growth and career development.
Ensures employee training is current and concepts have been retained by the employee.
Participates in selection process for production team members.
Ensures the crew maintains an organized, clean, and safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge of Adhesive machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and personnel information systems.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote).
Proficient in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP).
Listening, English speaking and English writing skills requires to accurately interpret what others are saying and organize and express thoughts clearly.
Logic and reasoning skills, adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
Critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years of machine process operation preferred.
1-3 years of leadership/management experience desired, but not required.

Station Agents assigned to the ramp service portion of our ground handling operation perform the loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials on and off aircraft. These items are transported between terminals, aircraft and the bag room using belt-loaders, tugs, carts and other vehicles/equipment. Station Agents working on the ramp will also be responsible for marshaling aircraft which requires working closely with other personnel to ensure there is a safe path for the aircraft, the jetbridge, vehicles and equipment. Agents will clean and service cabin interiors, including seatback pockets, seat cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley, and the lavatory which also include following procedures to properly drain the lavatory. Station Agents work in various kinds of weather elements and may be responsible for de-icing aircraft which requires using equipment to apply chemicals/compounds. Station Agents working customer service functions may promote and sell air travel with American Airlines, Envoy and/or other contracted carriers Job Requirements In this role, organization and interpersonal skills are necessary. The successful candidate must be comfortable organizing work groups and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
