Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for assisting experienced Engineers and Technicians with a variety of day to day recurring tasks. At the professional level, follows defined procedures and processes using various equipment in order to complete tasks.


  • Responsible for assisting experienced engineers and technicians with a variety of day to day recurring tasks. Able to work independently with little to no supervision on all job responsibilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and responsibilities concurrently.

  • Lead teams in developing methods, process steps, or procedures which improve productivity and quality. Ability to gather, analyze, interpret data, and make recommendations to resolve problems utilizing business, technical, and manufacturing acumen.

  • Cross-trained in multiple technologies throughout business area. Ability to train others in specific job function and administrative processes.

  • Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment. Takes actions necessary to stop work when an unsafe condition or action is identified. Every employee has the right and responsibility to stop work when unsafe conditions or actions are identified.

  • US Citizenship in order to obtain and maintain US Dept. of Energy "Q"-level security clearance.

  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Four-year technical degree

  • 1 or more years' experience in polymer additive manufacturing.

  • Experience with modeling software such as CAD, Solidworks, ProE

  • Experience with tooling and fixture design

This position is responsible for selling Stratasys 3D Printers, CREAFORM Scanning equipment, and Additive Manufacturing solutions.</p><p>This position will be measured against key performance indicators and quota attainment on a monthly basis.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong><br />&bull;Through prospecting, account calls, demonstrations and marketing activities, generate demand and consistent pipeline for assigned products.<br />&bull;Meeting or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual unit and revenue goals.<br />&bull;Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategize, present and demonstrate a tailored technology solution.<br />&bull;Hold a technical understanding of customer&rsquo;s business objectives in order to map a strategy consisting of machines, materials, training and implementation as a solution to those business objectives.<br />&bull;Managing the sales activities of the assigned territory and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts.<br />&bull;Coordinating with others within the company to insure high levels of customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br />&bull;4 year degree preferred<br />&bull;Minimum 4 years experience in technology sales or capital equipment sales, preferably to product development and manufacturing organizations<br />&bull;Rapid Prototyping experience<br />&bull;Must have prior success calling on C- and V-level decision makers<br />&bull;Must have strong prospecting skills and ability develop business<br />&bull;Must employ a proven, repeatable selling process in complex corporate environments<br />&bull;Must be customer focused and service oriented<br />&bull;Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing environments and show attention to detail<br />&bull;Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with teams<br />&bull;Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills<br />&bull;Proficient problem solving and analytical ability<br />&bull;Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products<br />&bull;Some travel required</p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong><br />Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and education.
