The Chemical Dependency Counselor is responsible for providing direct patient care, in compliance with TJC standards of care, for child and adolescent patients under circumstances of chemical dependency, substance abuse and/or addictions.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work or related field. Master's degree preferred or CADAC certification. Experience and expertise in dual diagnosis, 12-step programs and substance abuse.
