Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 year(s) of experience in process development and related
responsibilities OR BA/BS Degree in Business

Experience required with Windows, MS Word
Adobe Acrobat; MS Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, GrantSolutions
Duties:

The enrollee will support the administrative needs for the Business Services
Directorate including the Financial Assistance Branch. Responsibilities will
include development of training, reference, and guidance materials to assist NPS
staff. In addition, development and management of SharePoint sites that house
resources.

Create training material, reference guides, standard operating procedures,
and guidance documents for Administrative Processes and Financial Assistance
agreement selection. 50%
Redesign and mapping of internal SharePoint site. 25%
Attendance of meetings/trainings 15%
Business Practices / Surveys / Feedback 10%

Physical requirements: The work is primarily sedentary and performed in an
