LPi is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to add to our newly developed Ad Sales Training team. In this position, you will help to develop Ad Sales Executives by coaching them in the field at their accounts. Also, you will be instrumental in developing training materials and curriculum for our Advertising Sales Team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with Ad Sales Executives in the field to establish individualized learning plans to further develop their sales skills and maximize their productivity.

  • Periodically check in to assess plan progress and make adjustments when necessary.

  • Evaluate training results and make specific recommendations to Regional Sales Managers on activities and coaching they can provide to sales executives to reinforce classroom and field development.

  • Cross trained in conducting in-house sales training classes

  • Develop and update instructional strategies and materials based on sales training best practices, including preparing for sales calls, making sales calls, completing relevant administrative paperwork, and other related success criteria to establish target behaviors

  • Conduct and evaluate sales training programs and materials determining the best training method such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, workshops, webinar, video-conference and pre-recorded instruction.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field or equivalent years of experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales training experience with formal training/education in needs assessment, curriculum development, program presentation and program evaluation

  • Enhanced listening skills to develop a consultative approach to coaching and ability to determine root causes for sales related performance issues

  • Have an analytical approach to problem-solving and training which will lead to increased productivity.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must have a valid drivers license. Must carry acceptable level of liability insurance coverage for vehicle.

Travel: 50-60% overnight - depending on where you live

The Associate Director, Dermatology Clinical Sales a field sales specialty role responsible for driving disease awareness, education about the different manifestations of psoriatic disease, and properly positioning Cosentyx relative to other approved agents. The AD, Dermatology Clinical Sales will deliver unbranded as well as branded information to prescribing Dermatology (Health Care Providers) HCP's. This role will be responsible for educating key stakeholders and office staff to improve patient outcomes. The AD, Dermatology Clinical Sales will have materials designed to support them in their discussions. This role will apply an advanced selling skills approach coupled with high disease state knowledge to conduct total office calls. The role will require a high level of coordination and collaboration with Cosentyx Dermatology Sales Specialists, Area Business Leaders (ABL's), Thought Leader Liaisons (TLL's) and other functions (where applicable). This role is required to cover a large geography and coordinate their concentration of HCP's with the local Dermatology Sales Specialists and other key Novartis personnel. Your responsibilities: In alignment with all applicable laws, regulations and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (NPC) policies: Unbranded and branded awareness: Deliver in-depth disease education in the Dermatology community to ensure that HCPs and other office staff are well-informed and educated on the manifestations of psoriatic disease Maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders in the office to drive patient advocacy and ensure engagement; apply highly advanced selling skills and ability to conduct total office calls Attend conferences to engage with targeted Dermatology HCP's Collaborate with Dermatology Sales Specialists to ensure highly targeted and well-coordinated efforts in offices Customer Focus/Insights: Tracks and anticipates environment / healthcare market and industry trends and develops into customer insights Tracks changes in the national / regional and local healthcare regulation and anticipates impact on customers Educate Dermatology HCP's with information on innovative ways to properly diagnose and manage PsO and PsA patients across many manifestations and spectrums of symptoms Lead efforts with HCPs related to patient education Develops deep knowledge of Dermatology customer priorities and challenges Business and Clinical Acumen: Demonstrates and applies a highly clinical understanding of disease states and therapeutic areas and impact it has on patients Achieve the prioritization of our products in treatment protocols where appropriate.
