This position builds reports and tools to improve process efficiency, measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights and predictive capabilities to the business.



  • Aggregates reports from multiple systems and displays results using data validation technologies

  • Identifies best practices for gathering data in order to ensure an accurate and repeatable process

  • Collects data to be later analyzed

  • Creates business specific reporting to support trend analysis

  • Monitor reporting environment for performance issues

  • Review the existing reports and validate the need for existing and new reports

  • Standardize, automate and optimize reports based on priorities defined


  • Partner with internal and external customers to elicit requirements, design, build, test, and deploy reports & dashboards

  • Recommend and implement policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity

  • Assists in data cleaning and establishing consistent process for using data and data definitions

  • Administration of reporting request intake process that ensures system compliance is met

  • Support data analyses projects through data gathering, data cleaning and reporting



  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, software engineering, business or equivalent

  • Advance knowledge and experience of Excel

  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multitasking

  • Intermediate level knowledge of Tableau

  • Problem-solving and solution-seeking mentality


  • Experience developing data related presentations/tools that can be easily understood and used by end-users

In that spirit, we are re-defining the leadership roles to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the asset management operations team. The new Head of Client Administration will report directly to the head of Client and Shareholder Servicing and will lead a team which will support institutional client onboarding, client live cycle events, This position will be based in Boston or Menomonee Falls. The Head of Client Administration leader must be a seasoned operations leader with a passion for excellence, client experience, efficiency, control and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Onboarding institutional clients including new account setup, facilitating AML review, ensuring complete documentation, evaluating volcker implications * Evaluating Investment Management Agreements to identify, log and track key elements including unique reporting requirements, compliance restrictions, MFN's, fees, etc. and coordinate with key partners such as distribution enablement or regulatory reporting * Leading client lifecycle events including, client custodian transitions, invoicing/billing, client cash flows and account terminations * Assessing and analyzing accounts on an ongoing basis for compliance, documentation exceptions, data quality, maintenance of files and systems in order to minimize operational and system risk * Leading client service projects and coordinating with all areas of the WFAM * Analyzing and resolving complex customer service, operational, and/or systems-related issues The successful candidate will have a strong ability to: * Independently lead a team across multiple site locations * Build strong business partnerships across business, including but not limited to portfolio managers, distribution, legal, risk, compliance, regulatory reporting, data and technology * Partner with compliance, legal, and risk to define policies and procedures in order to comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and compliance procedures * Collaborate with senior leaders and provide input to establish the strategic direction for business * Contributor to institutional client operational due diligence questionnaires * Manage risk related to the daily operation by developing and executing metrics, processes and tools to hold individuals and teams accountable for progress * Provide leadership to team to improve processes, implement controls, manage resources, and execute on the WIM Operations strategic plan * Anticipate and provide solutions to the most complex business and operations challenges * Develop and implement policies and operating plans. Evaluate current strategies and implement changes and improvements * Recruit, develop, and retain top talent * Contribute to the long term vision and series of key client, team member, operational, risk, cultural, and financial outcomes to be achieved with transformation * Contribute to the development and evolution of a multi-year transformation roadmap * Develop and execute effective change strategies and plans in collaboration with COEs, Operations leadership, Ops Tech leadership, and other key partners to ensure adoption, high team ember engagement, and achieve desired outcomes * Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are implemented, and SLAs to all partners and stakeholders are met * Participate in the review of end-to-end business processes to determine where we can simplify and create more efficiencies * Implement a continuous improvement program to ensure processes and procedures remain current and appropriate * Benchmark with other operational teams and leverage industry best practices regarding tools and processes where possible and appropriate * Develop and execute measurement strategies in partnership with finance and others to measure progress and the ultimate impact of initiatives; ensure alignment with stated goals and commitments, and facilitate remediation plans if needed to deliver on commitments * Develop and leverage data-based insights to manage teams and drive continuous improvement As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business.
