Under the direction of the Store Management, the Ad Coordinator is responsible for the execution of Ad (ROP or Flyer), Crazy Deal, and Internet Coupon Program setups, as well as driving sales within each program.

Candidate should be a seasoned associate, capable of executing merchandising directives in supporting the sales floor as needed, demonstrating the appropriate amount of urgency with all deadlines.


  • Work with Store Management and Field Merchandiser for Ad Plan and Product placement.

  • Work with the Receiver and Department Heads to locate Ad merchandise.

  • Perform detailed walks for the Ads (ROP and Flyer), Crazy Deal, and Internet Coupon Program setups each day, addressing signing and/or product issues.

  • Fill in Ad, Crazy Deal and Internet Coupon product based on sales, by partnering with the Management Team, Field Merchandiser, Department Heads, and Receiver. Research any items found to be out of stock, find and display on sales floor.

  • Review office generated daily, weekly and monthly documents and reports. Reports include but are not limited to: Shipping Manifest, Items Not on a Shelf, Ad On-hands using Qlik, Top 40 First Day and Weekend Reports, Top 80 Reports, Ad Signs to take down, and #2 Sign Report.

  • Other duties:

  • Support the Sidewinder Program with the proper placement of the fixtures, filling or changing product as needed.

  • Ensure that the Register Inboards are full with appropriate product.

  • Work with Store Management on the store's overall pricing (labels and tickets) and signing, including powerlane and bulks.

  • Responsible for training a Backup Coordinator.

  • Other duties as needed to support the needs of the store, including, but not limited to stocking, cashiering, customer support.

  • Schedule:

  • Associate will be scheduled for five shifts per week (four day shifts and Wednesday night).

  • Associate will be scheduled off two days: 1) Saturday, and 2) Either Tuesday or Thursday, depending on store needs/truck schedules.

  • Shifts are scheduled for five hours each.

o Schedule is subject to change based upon the needs of the business. The above is the anticipated, not guaranteed schedule



  • Qualified applicant must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Qualified applicant must be able to set and operate a ticket gun, cut case merchandise, count money, lift merchandise weighing up to 35 pounds, sign merchandise, display product on shelves and on the sales floor up to 6 feet, and climb up and down ladders.

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, and stooping are required throughout the shift.

Prior retail merchandise display experience with OSJ preferred.

VIEW JOBS 3/22/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-20T00:00 The Regional MAP Coordinator independently provides Regional oversight of the Medication Administration Program (MAP) to ensure compliance with the Department of Public Health (DPH) and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) regulations and policies through evaluation of a Provider Agency program's medication system, using the MAP Technical Assistance Tool. This position provides ongoing consultation and technical assistance to Central, Regional (Licensing, Investigations, Human Rights, Legal), Area Office and Provider Agency staff. This position participates in all aspects of the MAP Training and Testing processes. The Regional MAP Coordinator via the Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS), independently reviews, processes and determines follow up as needed to medication occurrence reports (MORs). The Regional MAP Coordinator collaborates with the Massachusetts Director of Health Services, other DDS/ABI MAP Coordinators, DPH, the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Department of Children and Families (DCF) regarding statewide initiatives, policy development, MAP training and testing and oversight issues. This position requires significant travel. DETAILED STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Meets on a regular ongoing basis with the Massachusetts Director of Health Services and other DDS/ABI MAP Coordinators to discuss and address trends identified statewide. * Participates in ongoing revisions of the MAP Technical Assistance Tool. * Provides detailed written reports after evaluation of a Provider Agency program's medication system. * Reviews a Provider Agency's plan to address issues identified during a medication system evaluation. * Acts as a liaison between Regional, Area Office and Provider Agency staff to the DPH Clinical reviewer. * Assists the DPH Clinical Reviewer at program visits when requested. * Participates in development of new and ongoing revision of MAP curriculum. * Participates in development of new and ongoing revision of mandatory and non-mandatory adjunct MAP training material; Study Guide, Transcription Workbooks, Medication (med) Book contents, Countable Controlled Substance Book contents, video demonstrations of a med pass for MAP testing purposes, a multiple med pass for retraining purposes and a 'Shoulder to Shoulder' count. * Collaborates with DPH, DMH and DCF to present 'Train the Trainer' (TTT) sessions offered regularly statewide to train Provider Agency RNs, Independent RN's and Pharmacists to become MAP Trainers. * Participates in development of new and ongoing revision of TTT materials. * Presents the 'Trainer' session of TTT on a rotating basis with other MAP Coordinators. * Conducts Regional MAP Certification Training for Provider Agency staff.
