We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Night ICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Intensive Care Unit team. The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. This position involves providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients during the night shift, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care setting as an NP/PA or RN, with demonstrated competence in managing critically ill patients.
Skills: Proficiency in advanced clinical procedures, excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently during night shifts.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification from American Heart Association required; CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification preferred.
Full-time hours are 7on, 7 off Night shifts - Rotating Weekends
