Acumatica ERP Implementation Manager

Responsibilities: Project Management:

Lead Acumatica ERP implementation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support staff, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

System Optimization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Acumatica to meet business requirements while maintaining system performance and integrity. Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring project goals align with business objectives and key requirements. Training & Support: Develop and execute training programs for end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Acumatica functionality across the organization.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Acumatica updates, features, and best practices to keep the system optimized and scalable. Qualifications: Experience: 5 years of experience working with Acumatica ERP, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role overseeing ERP projects.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful ERP implementations or upgrades. Technical Proficiency:

In-depth understanding of Acumatica modules and functionality, with experience in configuration and customization. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change and manage competing priorities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into actionable steps.
