What you will do:

• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the installation, maintenance, and teardown of jobs.

• Confer with supervisory personnel, customers, and co-workers to discuss and resolve issues.

• Provide pricing estimates to customers for adjustments to resolve issues during the job's execution.

• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to job sites.

• Direct and supervise workers during the job's installation, maintenance, and teardown.

• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients.

• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.

• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines and preserve margins.

• Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project.

We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience.

• Preferably experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.

• Skilled in managing budgets with an accounting mindset.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Projects.

• Able to travel up to 50 to 75% of the time within North America, possessing excellent communication skills and effective leadership abilities.
