LOVE YOUR WORK, HAVE FUN, JOIN OUR TEAM.
Do you want to play all day, every day? Are you a customer service-oriented individual who believes that work should be fun? A passionate, proactive professional is needed to support our Life Enhancement programming by engaging our residents in Highgate's signature programs designed to enhance and enrich lives, regardless of age or ailment. Our Life Enhancement Specialist assists residents in living each day with a sense of purpose. By getting to know each individual, you will help them discover what that purpose is, or support them in pursuing the hobbies or interests they enjoy. You will assist the Life Enhancement Coordinator and be involved with implementing programs and events, including outings in both Assisted Living and Memory Care.
A community, not a facility. As thought leaders in the industry, we take a positive, holistic approach to senior care and encourage independence, as people are happiest when they can make their own choices. We provide opportunities for physical activity, social engagement, intellectual stimulation, spiritual involvement, and fun. We treat our residents and our team members like family.
