At Heritage Woods of Huntley each team member serves a pivotal role in providing enriched lifestyles that are enhanced by the values of love, compassion, and dignity. By embracing these values, we aim to create an innovative and inclusive culture that positively impacts each resident and employee.

Responsibilities:

• Drives company van on organized outings

• Interviews residents upon admission to determine their likes and dislikes

• Documents the resident's participation in activities daily

• Develops a monthly activity calendar based on the resident's interests and needs

• Plans and maintains a budget and inventory list of activity equipment and supplies

• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of the resident's activity program and, as necessary, modifies the program to meet the resident's needs and interests

• Plans and coordinates the Community newsletter

• Coordinates a resident council to ensure resident input into the activity program

• Coordinates resident shopping orders for those unable to shop independently

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
