Thomas More Prep-Marian Jr/Sr High School is seeking a solid communicator and innovative educator to lead our extra-curricular and co-curricular programs. The successful candidate will provide overall leadership and coordination among the various programs ensuring worthwhile learning experiences to the participants.

Administrative experience is required. TMP-M is a 2A co-ed Catholic school that participates in the Mid-Continent League at the high school level and the Mid-Continent Elementary League at the junior high level.

At the high school level boys sports include football, cross country, basketball, wrestling, track, golf, and baseball. Girls sports include volleyball, cheerleading, cross country, golf, basketball, wrestling, track, and softball.

At the junior high level boys sports include football, cross country, basketball, wrestling and track. Girls sports include volleyball, cheerleading, cross country, basketball, and track.

Candidate must be an active stewardship Catholic and comfortable with matters of prayer and faith. At TMP-M, administrators strive to be servant leaders. Thomas More Prep-Marian Junior/Senior High School is a Catholic co-educational college preparatory school located in Hays, KS.

Situated in western Kansas, Hays is a regional hub with a population of 25,000, a four-year university, a two-year technical college, and numerous arts and entertainment opportunities.

TMP-Marian dates back to 1908 and has been a co-educational high school since 1981. The school added grades 7 & 8 in 2012 and 6th grade in 2023. The school provides a traditionally strong Catholic education to day, resident, and international students and holds high standards of student performance in and out of the classroom.

Varsity sports are available for both genders in every competition season. Included are football, cross-country, volleyball, golf (HS), basketball, wrestling, track, baseball (HS) and softball (HS).

In addition, a variety of non-athletic activities provide opportunities for personal growth and leadership. These activities include student council, debate and forensics (HS), band, Monarch Music (contemporary music band HS), liturgy committee, chapel choir, Science Olympiad, Future Business Leaders of America (HS), chess team, Occupational Health Club, Robotics, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Key Club.
