Responsible for assisting with the presentation of daily activities and special events. Maintains the resident#s medical records for activities as assigned and records resident#s participation and attendance at activity programs.
Plans outings, schedules trips and arranges transportation; transports and escorts residents, as required. # Education/Training: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills
A minimum of one (1) year#s experience normally required; prior experience in an interdisciplinary setting with creative programming for adult population preferred.
Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills. Compensation and Benefits:
