Network Directory and Infrastructure Services Implementation. Knowledge of domain administration and troubleshooting, Active Directory, Microsoft FIM, Exchange, Microsoft Office365 and supporting technologies, Microsoft Azure, NPS, Federation and SQL Server administration required.
Provide Implementation and Level III problem isolation and resolution for a Global Active Directory Network. Supports upgrades and lifecycle management for AD-related Infrastructure, Software, Tools and cloud based applications.
Understands and repairs Domain infrastructure including PKI, DNS, DHCP, ADLDS, ADFS and FIM Sync. Understands and can configure/install Windows Server 2008r2/2012r2 and 2016 technologies for domain controllers and Radius Authentication servers. Candidate will need to fulfill service requests and resolve incidents related to Directory and Identity Management Services plus rotate in an on-call basis.
Must be available to work a varied shift schedule in a 7x24 hour operations center environment and initiate major outage communications with technical bridges as requested. Apply fix procedures as instructed for repetitive events and coordinate with impacted constituencies.
Superior knowledge of Active Directory overall and its administrative components. Exceptional customer service, problem solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
The candidate will perform at the highest level of systems administration and problem determination required to support large, complex implementation of Active Directory including implementation and support of group policies, cross-forest trusts and sites and services. Must Adhere to Service Management Processes and Procedures (Change, Incident, Problem) and Ensure customer satisfaction by consulting with Applications and other services who utilize Active Directory. Candidate should have expert knowledge of Federation protocols including OAuth, SAML, WSFed, and a deep understanding of the IDP and SP roles associated with Federation environments.
Candidate will have worked with Office 365 from an Identity standpoint and have an understanding of Azure Active Directory Sync and Identity Federation for Cloud services. Expertise should include attribute mapping and troubleshooting as well as rule sets associated with AADSync. Candidate must be able to correctly configure servers and clients for all services including the procurement and support of Policy Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments.
Understands and uses the appropriate tools such as PowerShell in all instances during problem isolation and repair. Possesses an in depth understanding of communications technologies and can isolate and resolve most infrastructure issues.
Associates Degree Minimum, prefer Computer Science or technology area or telecommunications science business minor. Three (3) to six (6) months of specialized technical courses in Windows, Azure and Active Directory technologies typically provided by vendors, technical societies, or equivalent experience. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 6 to 8 YEARS
