Activations Administrator - Manhattan, NY
The Activations Administrator is the liaison between the sales team and contracted vendors. They are responsible for conducting and assuring all Contracts, Member Designation Forms, and Letters of Participation are accurately and properly processed. They also maintain the CRM database with all eligibility statuses to assure visibility to the sales staff. The activation administrator provides feedback to the Contract Administrator of any changes in paperwork or eligibility.
Review Contracts, Member Designation Forms, and Letters of Participation for accuracy and completeness
Submit of Contracts, Member Designation Forms, and Letters of Participation through Supply Chain Advisor to Vendors
Maintain CRM database with eligibility statuses of contracts.
Work in conjunction with Contract Administrator to identify and communicate any changes in paperwork or eligibility
Requirements and preferences:
High school diploma is required (Bachelor's degree is preferred)
0-2 years of external customer relationship management or data entry preferred
Minimum of intermediate experience with MS Office is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Excel is vital (Pivot Tables, VLookups, Cell Merges, etc)
Must be a team player
Must possess a professional demeanor and communication style
