The Opportunity:

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). You'll work with key stakeholders to provide comprehensive and seamless technical and administrative support. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft 365 and regular interactions with Office Leadership, SMEs, and fellow team members.

You Have:

• Experience drafting materials for senior executive leadership, including presentations, agendas, and white papers

• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and communication and knowledge management tools, such as MS Teams and MS Planner

• Knowledge of developing briefing materials including gathering information for a variety of sources

• Knowledge of process improvement

• Ability to assess internal processes for additional efficiencies

• Ability to multi-task and reprioritize continuously in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to track multiple action items to completion and oversee preparation of materials for submission to internal and external entities

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working on Research and Development (R&D) or Science and Technology (S&T) portfolios

• Ability to organize internal events for office leadership initiatives

• Ability to coordinate with teams to ensure client priorities are met

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
