What You Will Do:
Action Office and Deputy will work closely with Attain leadership and the Government customer to achieve several specific goals:
Develop engineering change proposals (ECPs), rough orders of magnitude (ROMs) and working papers for IT enhancements/contract requirement changes including requirements traceability, labor, and material estimates, travel and other direct charges
Create, assist in creation and update contract deliverables (including but not limited to management plans, site surveys, status reports, etc.)
Prepare contract letters both requesting customer support and responding to customer inquiries
Manage and provide project status for awarded efforts
Regularly report to both senior program leadership and customer leadership on the status of milestones and change efforts
Serve as the acting CPM when PM is out of the office
Bachelor's Degree with related discipline
8+ years of experience managing and supporting program leadership and government
Previous experience creating and developing work products/deliverables
Excellent writing and editing skills that reflect an ability to clarify and simplify complicated issues and technical subject matter, with versatility in tone and technique, depending on the intended audience.
Excellent critical thinking and strategic skills necessary to understand the program and dynamics and tailor communications accordingly.
Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise.
Outstanding time management and ability to drive performance and team productivity across multiple projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work effectively in a team environment with colleagues from a variety of departments and leadership levels (within the program, with the customer and other contractors).
Ability to work within accelerated schedule timelines while delivering high quality products to the customer
Demonstrate and have experience with developing and managing financials
TS/SCI clearance required
Experience on a program that provides infrastructure services including compute, storage, database, transport, enterprise management, and/or desktop services
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of government customer
