What You Will Do:

Action Office and Deputy will work closely with Attain leadership and the Government customer to achieve several specific goals:

  • Develop engineering change proposals (ECPs), rough orders of magnitude (ROMs) and working papers for IT enhancements/contract requirement changes including requirements traceability, labor, and material estimates, travel and other direct charges

  • Create, assist in creation and update contract deliverables (including but not limited to management plans, site surveys, status reports, etc.)

  • Prepare contract letters both requesting customer support and responding to customer inquiries

  • Manage and provide project status for awarded efforts

  • Regularly report to both senior program leadership and customer leadership on the status of milestones and change efforts

  • Serve as the acting CPM when PM is out of the office

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree with related discipline

  • 8+ years of experience managing and supporting program leadership and government

  • Previous experience creating and developing work products/deliverables

  • Excellent writing and editing skills that reflect an ability to clarify and simplify complicated issues and technical subject matter, with versatility in tone and technique, depending on the intended audience.

  • Excellent critical thinking and strategic skills necessary to understand the program and dynamics and tailor communications accordingly.

  • Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise.

  • Outstanding time management and ability to drive performance and team productivity across multiple projects.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work effectively in a team environment with colleagues from a variety of departments and leadership levels (within the program, with the customer and other contractors).

  • Ability to work within accelerated schedule timelines while delivering high quality products to the customer

  • Demonstrate and have experience with developing and managing financials

  • TS/SCI clearance required

Desired Skills:

  • Experience on a program that provides infrastructure services including compute, storage, database, transport, enterprise management, and/or desktop services

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of government customer

  • PMP

  • ITIL certification

This position directly supports the Director, with responsibilities in the field of debt management and the administration of financing operations including the maintenance of the Treasury's cash position. Incumbent oversees OFP's responsibilities in the area of cash and budget forecasting. Learn more about this agency Responsibilities 0"> As a Deputy Director, Office of Fiscal Projections, you will: * Maintain continuing interface and liaison with the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, the Federal Reserve Board and Banks, and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for International Affairs. * Participate in staff meetings in preparation for Congressional hearings on the debt ceiling and related matters. * Prepare monthly and daily estimates of the above activities, which are monitored for accuracy and early signs of divergence from monthly or annual estimates. * Direct a staff of Fiscal Affairs Specialists, at grades ranging through GS-15, providing guidance on sources and methods to be used to obtain information and direction on its compilation for analytical purposes. Specialized experience for this position includes: * Experience with procedures and regulations covering the processing of a wide range of budget, payment, collection, accounting, and/or debt transactions for a large governmental or private sector entity; AND * Experience with cash flow and/or debt accounting systems and processes for a large governmental or private sector entity; AND * Experience in effectively accomplishing assigned objectives within appropriate time constraints with little direction or supervision; AND * Experience in expressing written facts and ideas in a succinct and organized manner; AND * Experience effectively expressing ideas and facts to individuals or groups making clear and convincing oral presentations, while listening to others and facilitating an open exchange of ideas.
