The Clinical/Technical Manager provides clinical and technical support, process assessment, root cause analysis and adverse occurrence investigations for ACT acute, home and chronic programs within DaVita.


  • Review facility data reports to identify acute, chronic and home facilities that could represent potential enterprise risk.

  • Provide clinical and technical support for ACT facilities including the development of Plans of Correction (POC) with routine follow-up

  • Evaluate facility operational compliance with relevant requirements which could include: CMS Conditions for Coverage, Joint Commission, CDC guidelines or other applicable regulations.

  • Identify and share Village Learnings and Best Demonstrated Practices (BDPs)

  • Collaborates with internal DaVita departments, including but not limited to, Risk, SOS, Teammate Safety, Hospital Services Group, Infectious Disease team and Home National Team, on identifying enterprise risk programs.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma
  • 8+ years of experience
