BA/BS Degree in Business
Knowledge of FBMS, GrantSolutions, DOI/NPS Financial Assistance policies,
Appropriation Law, 2 CFR 200 regulations
Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel
Adobe Acrobat; MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, FBMS
Duties:
The enrollee will support the Acquisition Division under the Business Services
Directorate by providing per-award support for contracting documents.
Provide guidance and assist customers in conducting market research and
preparing acquisition plans that may include: statements of need, risks, source
selection strategies, inherently governmental functions, budgeting and funding,
competition, socio-economic considerations, contract type, contract vehicle,
appropriate milestone charts, related schedules and/or other relevant elements
of acquisition planning. Serve as a liaison to program officials in acquisition
planning. 100%

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel of up to one week may be required
Overnight travel: Occasional travel of up to one week may be required
Air travel anticipated: Depending on enrollee location, air travel may be
required
Rental cars: Depending on location, rental cars may be required
Physical requirements: The work is primarily sedentary and performed in an
office environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made if required.
