We are currently seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst to join our team based in Arlington, Virginia, supporting PEO IWS 6.0 within the U.S. Navy.
What you'll do:
The Acquisition Program Analyst will provide acquisition and financial management support to PEO IWS 6.0 within the U.S. Navy
Responsibilities:
Provide program management support for the development and acquisition of Command and Control systems for both in-service and new construction U.S. Navy ships
Implement business process improvements as directed by program office leadership
Support development and implementation of the FINMOD system
Track configuration change documentation through the approval process to include coordinating across multiple other programs and organizations
Track 7300/OPP Data Calls, provide status updates, and process a variety of financial management tasks to completion
Identify and correct data errors and provide recommended solutions as applicable
Maintain an action tracker to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time
Attend meetings and provide client support onsite/in person when required
Ensure coordination between government stakeholders and budget/platform owners
Ensure consistent messaging and logical processes are created and followed across many platforms, each with their own priorities
Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands
Qualifications:
At least three years' experience providing program management, acquisition, and/or financial management support to U.S. Navy program offices
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to identify and track requirements
Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral channels
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Active DOD SECRET security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline from an institution accredited in the United States
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
