Summary / Objective:

Individual must have general knowledge of principles of practices of acquisition and must have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with clear and concise accuracy. Individual must have knowledge of business, industrial management, basic contracting procedures to evaluate contractor proposals and activities and to be able to input into acquisition documents.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide input into acquisition documentation and briefings

  • Assist the program manager in coordinating activities with the integrated product team members

  • Recommend solutions to program issues

  • Provide input into source selection

  • Track progress and assist with action items related to cost, schedule, and performances

  • Draft weekly activity reports

  • Draft data for input to computer based systems

  • Draft staff summary sheets for coordination with functional offices

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%
  • Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment

Travel:

  • Very little less than 5%

Required Education and / or Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • A minimum of 4 years of acquisition program management experience

Preferred Education and / or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

The Infrastructure Security Analyst II position directly supports the Infrastructure Security Organization for all ongoing activities that serve to provide appropriate access to, and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of employee and business information in compliance with organization policies, procedures and regulatory requirements including NERC's Cyber Security Standards. Specifically, this position is responsible for supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of Physical Access Control System (PACS) and camera systems supporting the NERC CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) programs and business environment. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of PACS and camera systems. A general working knowledge of computer networking concepts is required. In addition, the primary duties and responsibilities include: * Maintain, troubleshoot, configure and engineer industry-based PACS systems (Kantech, AccessIT, HID, AWID, Honeywell, Vicon, etc.). * Maintain, troubleshoot, configure and engineer closed circuit IP-based camera systems. * Process troubleshooting requests, RMA's and repairs for PACS and camera systems. * Replace and install PACS and camera system hardware and software in an utility-based environment. * Safely work from heights exceeding 15 feet. * Install, maintain, configure and troubleshoot PACS and camera management operating systems, including Windows and Linux. * Maintain proper change management documentation for all hardware and software modifications. * Conduct routine hardware and software audits of all supported security devices to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and requirements. * Work with vendors, application developers, database administrators, corporate IT, and other technology groups to resolve any problems. * Participate in the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT). * Perform daily backup and recovery operations for the supported security assets. * Participate in disaster recovery planning, development, exercises, and actual events. * The candidate must be able to communicates effectively with internal and external customers and responds to requests for supporting information. * Other duties as assigned. This position is a NERC regulated position. As such, a background check will be conducted on the incumbent every seven years. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to complete annual NERC and other compliance training. This position will require excellent problem solving and decision making skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and the ability to perform duties effectively under emergency situations. The candidate must possess a competency and a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the following security related areas: * Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) engineering, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and configuration to include door contacts, single-factor and multi-factor authentication systems, badge types, badge readers, and wiring requirements. * CCTV and IP-based Camera System engineering, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and configuration to include analog and digital camera system technologies. * DVR, NVR, appliance-based camera storage system engineering, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. * Have a working knowledge of the processes and requirements to adhere to local zoning, fire code and permit processes in multiple locations across Indiana. * Must have the ability to work well with people from varying disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience. * Certification(s) in access control systems and camera systems such as a Kantech EntraPass Corporate Certification, RS2 AccessIT Universal, Endura Certified Integrator, BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International) RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer), ASIS PSP, or similar is preferred. Preferred: An ideal candidate would have two or more years' experience in the Energy or Utility industry, experience supporting a real-time critical business operations environment, experience supporting systems subject to regulatory compliance requirements, or experience with FERC, NERC, RFC, or PJM. An Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Law Enforcement or other related field is preferred. This is a Full Time position located in Dayton, OH.
