In support of Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber, the candidate will Participate in the formulation, justification, and execution of contracts and acquisition documentation. Prepare program documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews. Assist in developing obligation plans, P&R Forms, Weapon System Reviews, and Program Objective Memoranda
Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting required
  • Recent hands-on experience within a DoD or SETA PMO (Experience within a contractor PMO is not equivalent)
  • 5-7 years progressive experience with DoD 5000 acquisitions
  • Experience with documentation to support Acquisition strategy, PWS, CDRLs, QASP. Review/editing/control of draft ADM & MFRs
  • Experience with technical evaluation of Task Order Proposals

Responsibilities * Provides acquisition strategy development and analysis during pre-solicitation through contract execution * Provides guidance on regulatory requirements governed by the FAR/DFAR/DoD Directive 5000 series * Assist in developing government Contract Requirement Packages * Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure * Supports the development and/or review of acquisition and program management documentation, briefings and white papers * Assists with the development of Statements of Work/ Performance Work Statements, CDRLs, source selection plans, determinations and findings and other contract related documentation * Provides review and comment on contractor technical evaluations and/or independent government estimates * Assists with the establishment of long-range procurement objectives for requirements to be executed each fiscal year * Utilize independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a high, up-tempo, and detail-oriented work environment * Participates in definition of assignments, including identification of work to be done and deadlines for completion; plans and organizes the work; interprets regulations; and coordinates with others as necessary. Completed work is generally reviewed by the supervisor for compatibility with goals and for effectiveness in meeting objectives. Qualifications Desired Qualifications * DoD Acquisition Workforce Certification Level III in Contracting * Previous experience in R&D and/or test community is preferred * Previous experience with the Army Contracting Command is preferred * Must possess strong communications and analytical skills, be a self-starter, and detail oriented Required Skills * Bachelor's degree with A minimum of six (6) years experience as an Acquisition Specialist is required * US Citizen with a current DoD Secret security clearance Applicants for positions which require a US government security clearance must meet eligibility requirements to include US citizenship.
