* Develop business case analysis (BCAs) and perform earned value (EVM) analysis, evaluate resource requirements for a set of complex weapon systems programs while maintaining program/budget systems, support the development cost and budget estimates for complex programs.
* Must have experience using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT). Must have a thorough knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and the Federal Regulations.
