This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, updating and communicating the staffing schedule for all Community Banking offices and performing a variety of other duties to support the Bank's community banking function.
Creating and maintaining staffing schedules for all community banking offices;
Coordinating work within the unit or department, as well as with other departments;
Complying with operating policies and procedures established for the department;
Communicating with appropriate personnel as required;
Responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports;
Provides operational support and guidance to community banking office staff; and,
Monitors the monthly review of pertinent policy and procedures relative to Community Banking.
A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum;
A minimum of two (2) years' related experience;
Proficient reading, writing, and grammar and mathematical skills;
Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills;
A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook;
Proficient analytical and decision-making skills;
Strong aptitude regarding attention to detail;
Visual and auditory skills; and,
A valid driver's license
