What You Can Expect
As an account receivables clerk, you will be working closely with all office staff and completing monthly billing. Although these are but a few of the things you can expect, your day-to-day won't be the same!
Maintain and updates accounts receivable records.
Prepare bills and posts payments to customer accounts.
Reconcile accounts receivables to General Ledger.
Communicate with managers, builders, and customers to clarify information and the billing process.
Contact customers to collect payments on past due accounts.
Complete other duties as assigned.
To Be Successful
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required.
Some College and accounting classes are preferred.
Possess working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards.
1-3 years of previous receptionist / administrative assistant experience in construction industry or related field.
Position requires a drug test, background check and motor vehicle report be completed, pending an offer of employment
