What You Can Expect

As an account receivables clerk, you will be working closely with all office staff and completing monthly billing. Although these are but a few of the things you can expect, your day-to-day won't be the same!

  • Maintain and updates accounts receivable records.

  • Prepare bills and posts payments to customer accounts.

  • Reconcile accounts receivables to General Ledger.

  • Communicate with managers, builders, and customers to clarify information and the billing process.

  • Contact customers to collect payments on past due accounts.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.

To Be Successful

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required.

  • Some College and accounting classes are preferred.

  • Possess working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards.

  • 1-3 years of previous receptionist / administrative assistant experience in construction industry or related field.

Position requires a drug test, background check and motor vehicle report be completed, pending an offer of employment
