This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable professional. If you have 2-4 years' experience in finance in an Assisted Living setting, you just might be the right candidate.

This position is located at the corporate offices in Livermore, California and will be involved in multiple aspects of the Accounts Receivable Department. Duties may include Oracle Cash Management, billing, posting cash, customer account adjustments in Oracle. We are looking for a skilled, strong individual with 3 - 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable functions with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail. We are also looking for someone comfortable within a fast paced environment of multiple companies, divisions and systems. Duties/Responsibilities of Position: * Cash application via Lock Box and Wire/ACH payments in Oracle. * Prepare and process billing- including manual and automated billings, sales tax using internal accounting systems and analyze for appropriate solutions * Posting invoices to customers websites * Ability to research complex matters in multiple systems and analyze for appropriate solutions. * Train as backup to key transactional areas: billing, cash application, refunds, write offs, credit memos, credit card activities. * Work with the other members of the Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of A/R daily transactions in assigned areas. * Resolve allocations of open credit memos and invoices requests by collectors. * Resolve cash under unapplied customer's accounts request by collectors. * Prepare weekly bank and remote deposits. * Filing of all cash batches and invoices by month. Qualifications: * At least 3 years of progressively complex A/R transactional experience * Oracle 11i or 12 A/R module experience strongly preferred. * Strong computer and Excel skills * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Able to work independently, within a team environment, and with external customers * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment * Able to use sound and accurate decision making skills * Some college preferred with accounting classes a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.
