Oversees accounts receivable operations.
Trains, schedules,assigns, and reviews work of staff.
Analyzes major accounts and prepares monthly reconciliation of subsidiary accounts to general ledger.
Develops and implements record keeping systems, forms, policies, and procedures related to billing,processing payments, and other accounts receivable activities
Provides input to Controller to assist in developing and pursuing collection strategies.
Identifies and resolves problems and inconsistencies and suggests appropriate corrective procedures.
Communicates and coordinates accounting policies, practices, and procedures with department and ISN managers and officials, vendors, reporting agencies, clients, customers,and the public.

Associates degree (AA)in finance or accounting plus minimum of three years accounting experience supervising others; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have significant working knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Accounting software
Directly supervises employees in the Accounts Receivable department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the ISN's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
