The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Sono Bello is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and refunds, assist centers with financing and recording of revenue journal entries. Applying basic accounting principles, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist with month-end closing responsibilities including the reconciliation of assigned accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that products and services provided were accurately and timely invoiced.
Process refunds and adjustments.
Assist with the preparation of information used in month end close processes, which could include key accounts such as deferred revenue, cash, and cash in transit receivables.
Assist center personnel with addressing customer account inquiries.
Resolve invoice issues.
Prepare and record journal entries, prepare account reconciliations, and any other month-end close responsibilities.
Assist the centers and patients with obtaining financing.
Support and introduce process improvements to deliver process efficiencies.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or commensurate field of study.
At least 2 years of accounting experience preferably in accounts receivable
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience with Acumatica, GP Dynamics, MAS 90 or other mid-tier accounting software.
Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills using data filtering, tables, and VLOOKUP or Xlookup.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with a commitment to meet deadlines.
Ability to work with customers and employees at all levels of the organization promptly and professionally.
Experience with high volume customer transactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong data entry skills.
High level of proficiency with the MS Office suite.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task.
Takes pride in quality and quantity of work produced.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Minimum of two days a week in the office in Kirkland, WA Headquarters.
COMPENSTATION:
This is a Non-Exempt position with an hourly range of $22.00 - $27.00, depending on experience.
