Accounts Receivable Specialist- Banking Industry Construction and Services- Base Salary to 65k/year- Arlington Heights, IL

• Our client provides GC work, facility maintenance services, and equipment to the banking and financial industry, with a focus on Chicago and Midwestern banks. Projects range from remodeling to full ground up construction, as well as bank services and equipment sales. They have been in the business since 1972, and pride themselves on hands-on management and a collaborative, problem solving culture.
• In this role, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for preparing billings for several different revenue streams.

Responsibilities:

• Billing of Construction Draws
• Prepare Contractor waivers
• Collection of subcontractor waivers
• Billing of Sales Equipment Jobs and Service calls
• Follow up on old outstanding Accounts Receivable
• Assists in special projects as assigned
• Provides back up support for office Staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of accounting related experience
• NetSuite Experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel – vlookups and pivot tables
• Project Accounting experience is a plus

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 65k/year
