Country Meadows is a leading senior living provider and is looking for an Accounts Receivable

  • Resident Information Associate to join our team. This position includes accounts receivable management, billing support and related duties including customer service for our 11 locations and related companies. This is a full time position at our Home Office in Hershey PA with primary hours of 9am to 5pm.

Accounts Receivable

  • Resident Information Associate Job Responsibilities:
  • Processing and deposit of daily cash receipts for all companies. (Including resident payments, Security Deposits, and other company related monies)

  • Transfers of patient monies between accounts within billing system

  • Oversees refunds of credit balances and security deposits to Residents/Guarantors and customers.

  • Management of Accounts Receivable and Security Deposit balances including reconciliation, amortization and clear aging on a monthly basis.

  • Oversees billing process done at facility locations and assists as needed.

  • Manages customer account inquiries from residents, family members, customers and facility-level business office coworkers.

  • Assists in collection process as needed.

  • Track and report on various billing related information.

Accounts Receivable

  • Resident Information Associate Job Requirements:
  • Prior Billing, Accounts Receivable and Customer Service experience in a healthcare environment is a plus. Prior office experience, effective use of Microsoft Office software including Excel and ability to operate and understand office equipment is required.

  • Good communication and organizational skills. Self motivated, detail oriented, dependable, punctual, and ability to work as part of team.

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Should not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others. Must present a neat, clean, professional appearance and demonstrate a positive attitude.

  • Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
