Accounts Receivable Lead - Physician Billing

Lead the team of Accounts Receivable Specialists and be responsible for the training of new employees in that position. Performs a variety of accounting functions in the accounts receivable area. Responsible for posting insurance remits and patient remits, as well as working payment reject lists and non-paid correspondence.

REQUIRED:

• One (1) year experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable One (1) year of college or vocational education with emphasis in Accounting or Finance

• Basic keyboard skills.

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.

• Professional verbal and written communication.

• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).

PREFERRED

• Two (2) or more years of college or vocational education with emphasis in Accounting or Business.

• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.

• Experience in healthcare setting.
