Accounts Receivable / Collections Analyst

Our client, a national commercial real estate company, is looking for an Accounts Receivable / Collections Analyst. This Associate level position operates on a hybrid schedule out of their Charlotte, NC office. $55-$65k Responsibilities:

Tenant account maintenance, collections, and pursuit Collect tenant rents and all other charges Settle all disputed charges, including CAM, real estate tax, base rent, and other charges Responsible for tenant accounts receivable pursuit, documentation, and follow-up Set up and monitor payment plans Research and apply unapplied cash balances Arrange tenant demand and default notices Recognize tenant for legal collections (with outside attorneys) A/R management reporting Establish and maintain a healthy and productive relationship between landlord and tenant Examine late fees prior to assessment Periodic preparation / review of resident CAM & real estate tax billings Periodic lease document abstraction Review the monthly rent roll, specifically monitoring tenants awaiting rent commencement Process and notify tenants of changes in their rent, CAM, real estate tax, and other charges Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 2-3 years of collections experience Commercial real estate experience is a plus If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
