Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager

Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager Job Summary We are looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our accounting team. Job Responsibilities/Requirements Distribute to and monitor workload of team members.

Aid in escalated issues from internal departments. Accurately research and trace accounts receivable payments. Reconcile larger and “in house” accounts.

Monitor, upload, and run monthly aging. Identify and assign research projects to team members. Validate and post customer payments.

A minimum of two years of accounting experience is required. Requires a sense of urgency with strong commitment to meet deadlines and departmental goals. Must understand and exercise discretion.

Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products are required. Efficient and accurate 10-key skills are required. SAP experience is preferred.

Have a “make it happen” attitude, take pride in your work, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Other duties as assigned. About Us We are one of the country’s leading broadline distributors, is family-owned and operated.
