Would you like to be part of a dynamic team that makes a difference? We are seeking a Consulting Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our fast-paced and innovative financial team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical skills and financial acumen in a fulfilling and impactful role.

You will be responsible for managing and improving our accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate general ledger coding, and conducting grant analysis. If you are passionate about non-profit funding and have experience in the reconciliation of funds, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities: As a Consulting Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will: 1.

Manage all aspects of accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, and reporting. 2. Conduct regular and thorough grant analysis to ensure accurate funding allocation. 3. Apply your expertise in general ledger coding to maintain accurate financial records. 4.

Reconcile funds on a regular basis to ensure all transactions are accounted for and correctly recorded. 5. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our accounts receivable process. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the financial integrity of our organization. 7.

Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. 8. Stay updated on current non-profit funding regulations and best practices. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Consulting Accounts Receivable Analyst position will have the following qualifications: 1.

A minimum of five years of experience as an accounts receivable analyst. 2. Proven experience in general ledger coding and grant analysis. 3. A strong understanding of non-profit funding and the reconciliation of funds. 4.

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is a plus. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 6.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and present financial information to non-financial colleagues. 7.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 8. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. 9.
